Event settings and attendance

Open Setup → Event settings to configure the date, location, and response requirements.

1. Enter the event name, date, time zone, and venue. Review the time zone before sending invitations.
2. Set an attendee limit and RSVP deadline if needed. Additional guests means plus-ones, not the total number in a party.
3. Choose whether check-in tickets are required. Leave this off for an RSVP-only event.
4. Optionally set minimum ages for invitees and additional guests, and make the organization-name field hidden, optional, or required.
5. Choose colors, fonts, and optional images. If tickets are enabled, choose an Apple Wallet pass design and save it.
