Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of Yupperly (the “Service”). In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Yupperly. Questions can be sent to support@yupperly.com.
1. Using the Service
You may use the Service to organize lawful events, send invitations, collect responses, and manage event information. You must have authority to enter into these terms and to act for any organization you represent. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in links and devices, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Organizer responsibilities
You are responsible for your events, the people you invite, the accuracy of event details, and the information you collect. Obtain any necessary permission to contact attendees and collect their information. Communicate your event rules, refund arrangements, accessibility accommodations, and privacy practices to guests when relevant.
Meal and allergy information helps you coordinate with guests and caterers; the Service does not assess food safety or guarantee that accommodations are available. Verify arrangements directly with the people providing them.
3. Guest access and tickets
Invitation and ticket links can provide access to private information. Share them only with the intended recipients. Tickets are available when an organizer enables check-in. A ticket, RSVP, or Wallet pass does not independently guarantee admission, transportation, or any particular event experience; the organizer controls the event.
4. Acceptable use
Do not send spam, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, interfere with the Service, bypass access controls or usage limits, or attempt to obtain information you are not authorized to access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, or violations of these terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the Service, including sharing event details and messages with recipients you select. You must have the rights needed to upload images and other materials. Our branding, software, and other original Service materials remain owned by us or our licensors.
6. Plans and payments
Available plans, included features, and usage limits are described on the pricing page and at checkout. One free event is available upon signup for up to 50 attendees. Paid event credits and subscriptions are subject to the terms and prices shown when you purchase.
Subscriptions renew at the billing interval disclosed at checkout unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Billing in your organization workspace. Cancellation takes effect as shown in that workflow. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests; any rights required by applicable law continue to apply. Payments are processed by Stripe.
7. Third-party services
Some functions depend on third-party services, including payment processing, email delivery, maps, and Apple or Google Wallet. Their availability, device requirements, and terms may affect your use. Email delivery, network connectivity, and device notifications cannot be guaranteed.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to provide a reliable Service, but it may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. Keep copies of information you need for your event, particularly before event-day check-in. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will meet every requirement or remain error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service and contact support for assistance with account closure or data requests. Cancel active subscriptions separately through Billing. Ending access does not remove payment obligations already incurred or information that must be retained for lawful purposes.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the Service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email. For questions, disputes, or account assistance, contact support@yupperly.com. Applicable mandatory law continues to govern your rights.
