Messages and delivery status

Send relevant updates and check delivery in Invitations & Links.

Choose Messages, then Email announcement or Apple Wallet update.
Review the audience and message before sending. Wallet updates require a published event, check-in tickets, and registered passes.
Check delivery history for queued, sending, provider-accepted, or failed messages. Provider acceptance does not guarantee arrival in an inbox.
Resolve the delivery issue before retrying a failed invitation. Automatic email reminders have their own setting.

Good to know

Apple controls when a Wallet notification appears. A lead with several saved passes may receive more than one update. Identical announcements are deduplicated.
